The Fantastically Fusion Fried Chicken Burger (RM22.5++)
Deep-fried large boneless belacan-brined buttermilk whole chicken thigh (with skin!) battered with turmeric and chilli powder flour, with purple and white cabbage coleslaw, sambal belacan and fried egg, soft burger buns, and cream cheese chive dip. This was really tasty and full in flavour with a large piece of fried chicken thigh which was cooked to perfection. However, it could be a lil spicy for those who can’t handle. Onion rings were delicious too!
The Very Colourful Spicy Mushroom Olio Spaghetti (RM19.5++)
Packed with colour and flavour with four types of mushrooms (Portobello, King oyster, Shiitake, White Shimeji), garlic, scallion stalks, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon zest, lime juice, and coriander pesto. Sprinkled with Parmesan shavings and herbed croutons. Spaghetti was cooked to al-dente, served with generous portion of mushrooms. The taste of herbs was really strong. Mushroom lovers would definitely love this dish.
