This is a hidden gem located right opposite of Guan Gong Temple. Fish head noodles is a must to order here as the soup is not too creamy but rich. It’s served with yam, salted vege, fried beancurd skin and cabbage.

Classic and traditional Yong Tow Foo, with its history dating back to more than 30 years ago. One of my favourite restaurant to satisfy my yong tow foo cravings!

Jalan Ipoh Claypot Chicken Rice 
This is an unnamed claypot chicken rice stall located at Jalan Ipoh. Love how the rice is perfectly cooked with adequate amount of ginger slices. One of my favourite spots for claypot chicken rice.

Hainanese Chicken Rice 
This hidden gem is located right behind HSBC bank. Their roasted chicken with crispy chicken was quite decent. Roasted pork was quite good too.

A hidden chicken rice stall located right in front of the tall brick orange building at Jalan Ipoh . The chicken is tender and soft and I love how fragrant the rice is.

Kedai Kopi Dan Makanan Ming Hoe Hokkien Mee
They are now in new premises which is cleaner and more comfortable.Their Hokkien Mee is full of “wok hei” and topped with generous amount of pork lards. Never forget to order their clams in superior soup and homemade fried tofu.

This stall has been established for more than 25 years. Their prawn mee soup has a distinct prawn flavor and it is topped with lots of fired shallots! The char kuey teow here is pretty good too!

Kedai Kopii Mee Bon
High content fish and pork with little fillers. Homemade loh mai gai was really flavorful and good! A favorite joint to night owls and those who have hunger pranks even after supper.

A humble street stall located near KLH tyre shop at Jalan Ipoh. Three types of porridge are available here : fish, pork and chicken porridge. A simple bowl of smooth porridge for dinner.
