The Farm Foodcraft is, quite literally, a farm (and a restaurant, of course). Every dish they serve is crafted using fresh ingredients that are grown and harvested in their very own urban farming lab. What they can’t grow, they source directly from local farmers and vendors. Most of their ingredients get to the kitchen the same day they’re harvested – it doesn’t get any fresher than that.
