Puan Seri Nisa Bakri (on the right) is an entrepreneur, brand developer specialist and the owner of Raul’s Cafe. With a Finance, Economic and Business Management background, she finally found herself a best place to share her passion for cooking. Not about success, but satisfaction that makes her so happy in running a cafe by her own. 
Chef Siti Mastura (on the left) is a founder of Siti’s Delights and a qualified instructor. She has 15 years of experience in the baking industry and is well known for her ability to whip up delicious dishes, cakes, kuehs and pastries. She ia also a facilitator and tutor of baking schools in Malaysia and Singapore. Her name goes all the way to Australia and i’m really proud of her as a Malaysian.
She has always been featured in the cooking programmes on Mediacorp’s Radio “Warna FM94.2” and Mediacorp TV – Suria Channel. Besides that, she is also a host of Vanila, a popular baking programme which has been running for two seasons.
To share her joy of cooking with the world, Chef Siti conducts baking and cooking classes for the public at Siti’s Delights Pte Ltd. She also customizes skills upgrading and team-building classes for corporate bodies, sinpiring her students through baking and cooking classes.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, Chef Siti received an award in 2005 from President S.R. Nathan as one of the winners in the Lifelong Learner Awards competition held by Workforce Development Authority and Mediacorp Publishing. Retrenched in 2003, Chef Siti is an exemplary model to her students – not only does she become an entrepreneur, she also constantly upgrades her skills to stay competitive in the business world. Her life story was also featured in the popular motivational book series called Chicken Soup for the Singapore Soul.
Chef Siti’s story was highlighted by the Ministry of Defence as an example of Economic Defence, one of the five pillars of Total Defence reflecting the need to remain competitive to keep Singapore’s economy thriving and vibrant. Chef Siti’s recent milestone is her achievement as an Honouree of Spirit of Enterprise Award 2010.
