Pan Seared Iberico Gyozas (RM28)
Iberico gyozas served with their homemade jungle garlic dipping sauce. The meat inside was hand-cut and not blended to keep it juicy and fresh.

White corn with yuzu kosho butter.

Carabinero Brilliante (RM90)
Grilled Spanish Deep Sea Scarlet Prawn served with Japanese rice and tomalley squeezed out their heads. The prawn hides a tantalizing secret – the juicy contents of its head have such an intense flavor that’s being used as an ingredient in sauces, creams and rice.

Pulpo (RM78)
Two hours sous-vided Spanish Octopus to achieve the desired tenderness, then cold smoked for a flavor. It’s not very tender nor chewy.

Panna Cotta (RM19)

Silky and smooth lemongrass panna cotta served witH mango coulis and toasted coconut.
