The Berjaya Times Square Hotel KL has launched a sumptuous buffet set with over 200 varieties of traditional Malay cuisines from different states of Malaysia, promising an exceptional dining experience for all. Celebrate this festive season at Berjaya Time Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. True to the bazaar theme this year, the casual all-day dining outlet, The Big Apple Restaurant at level 14 will be transformed into a bazaar – featuring the classic Ramadhan Bazaar stalls reminiscent of those found in popular outdoor bazaars around Malaysia during the festive period. 

Ramadhan is a holy month of fasting , introspection and prayer. It is obligatory for all adult Muslims worldwide to go on a fasting. During this period of time, observant muslims abstain from drinking and eating from dawn to dusk for the entire month.

With over 200 dishes, guests will be able to indulge just like they do at the outdoor bazaar, but the difference is, guests will get to enjoy this in a comfortable setting. 

Three types of appetizers :-

Asian appetizers: 
Thai glass noodles, Thai beef salads, Babaganoush and more 

Local appetizers : 
Acar Buah, Acar Rempai, Tempeh Goreng, Ulam-Ulam Tempatan and more. 

International appetizers : 
Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Basil Corn Relish, Cajun Squid Flower and Soba Noodle Salad, Mixed Capsicum and Beef Salad and so forth. 

Garden Greens: An assortment of assorted lettuces, tomato cherry, sweet pea, broccoli, Corn Kernel, French Bean and Cucumber. 

A variety of Salad dressings and condiments: Thousand Island, French Dressing, Honey Mustard, Italian Dressing, Sun Dried Tomato, Cincaluk, Jeruk Mangga, Jeruk Anggur and so forth. 

Deep Blue Seafood On Ice with Condiments 
Osyter, Green Mussels, Tiger Prawn, Crab Lemon Wedges, Cocktail Sauce, Shallot Vinaigrette and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette. 

Assorted Bread Rolls and Freshly Baked Breads Butter Cano. 

Malay Main Dishes: 
Itik Salai Masak Lemak, Daging Dendeng, Ayam Masak Lada Hiram, Kambing Masak Merah, Ikan Sambal, Labu Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Sayur Campur, Nasi Tomato and Nasi Putih. 

International Favourites: 
Stir Fried with Basil Leaf, Thai Yellow Chicken Curry with Pineapple, Indian Style Lamb Masala, Vegetable Jelfrezi, Salmon Rolled filled with Seafood Mousse on cream spinach, Mini Beef steak with Mushroom Ragout, Fried Mussel with Chili and Hot Bean Sauce and stir fried tiger prawn with salted egg yolks and oats. 

15 types of fresh fruits platters, kuih, cookies, cakes, pudding, brownies, chocolate fountain fruit skewers, assorted Aiskrim Batang and so forth. 

Air Mata Kuching, Air Bandung Sprite, Air Asam Boo and more. 

Roasted Lamb with local spices to pair up with Briyani rice, egg boiled and Rosemary sauce.

Freshly cooked pasta in tomato sauce with herbs and seafood.

Satay stall: 
Chicken, beef served with condiments and sauce.

Three types of mini pizzas. 

One of the highlight is also their Signature Kedah Claypot Fish Head Curry, prepared by the hotel’s Sous Chef Yusoff using his grandmother’s family recipe. Utilizing only the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices and it is guaranteed to be the highlight of the entire dinner. 

Individual stalls will be spaced among the restaurant featuring special signature dishes. 

Lembeng Kelapa, Lamb Briyani, Ikan Keli/Cencaru Bakar, Pucuk Manis Ubi Keledek, Otak-Otak Muar, Murtabak Istimewa, Ayam Goreng Uncle Bakri and many other must-try traditional Malay dishes. 

If you prefer a healthier and lighter options, you can even toss up your own Ulam-ulam Tempatanor pick from a variety of ready-made salads on offer. 

Nasi Briyani Gam BatuPahat made with traditional herbs and spices. It will be available for takeaway at the stalls located at the lobby of the hotel. It comes with two choices which are chicken or lamb. 

To keep you entertained, the AngklungBalleBalle band will once again be back to entertain guests during the buffet.

RM128.00 nett per adult and RM58.00 nett per child in the first and fourth week. 
RM138.00 nett per adult and RM68.00 nett per child for the second and third week. 
Early bird vouchers are also available for purchase at RM100 nett per adult and RM50 nett per child. 

If you prefer more privacy, you can enjoy a Ramadhan Buffet at RM118.00 nett per person, with a guaranteed minimum of ten tables. For every 10 confirmed tables, guests will receive one complimentary table. Ramadhan meeting packages are also available at RM148.00 nett per person for full day meetings and RM158.00 nett per person for half day meetings. 

2 days one night Ramadhan Residential Packages during the Ramadhan Month are also available from RM428.00 nett per person per night onwards. The package is inclusive of buffet breakfast, a 1-day meeting package with two breaks, 1 buffet lunch or dinner, alongside the use of meeting rooms and meeting facilities.
