The Berjaya Times Square Hotel KL has launched a sumptuous buffet set with over 200 varieties of traditional Malay cuisines from different states of Malaysia, promising an exceptional dining experience for all. Celebrate this festive season at Berjaya Time Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. True to the bazaar theme this year, the casual all-day dining outlet, The Big Apple Restaurant at level 14 will be transformed into a bazaar – featuring the classic Ramadhan Bazaar stalls reminiscent of those found in popular outdoor bazaars around Malaysia during the festive period.
Ramadhan is a holy month of fasting , introspection and prayer. It is obligatory for all adult Muslims worldwide to go on a fasting. During this period of time, observant muslims abstain from drinking and eating from dawn to dusk for the entire month.
With over 200 dishes, guests will be able to indulge just like they do at the outdoor bazaar, but the difference is, guests will get to enjoy this in a comfortable setting.

One of the highlight is also their Signature Kedah Claypot Fish Head Curry, prepared by the hotel’s Sous Chef Yusoff using his grandmother’s family recipe. Utilizing only the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices and it is guaranteed to be the highlight of the entire dinner.
Individual stalls will be spaced among the restaurant featuring special signature dishes.

Nasi Briyani Gam BatuPahat made with traditional herbs and spices. It will be available for takeaway at the stalls located at the lobby of the hotel. It comes with two choices which are chicken or lamb.
To keep you entertained, the AngklungBalleBalle band will once again be back to entertain guests during the buffet.

If you prefer more privacy, you can enjoy a Ramadhan Buffet at RM118.00 nett per person, with a guaranteed minimum of ten tables. For every 10 confirmed tables, guests will receive one complimentary table. Ramadhan meeting packages are also available at RM148.00 nett per person for full day meetings and RM158.00 nett per person for half day meetings.
2 days one night Ramadhan Residential Packages during the Ramadhan Month are also available from RM428.00 nett per person per night onwards. The package is inclusive of buffet breakfast, a 1-day meeting package with two breaks, 1 buffet lunch or dinner, alongside the use of meeting rooms and meeting facilities.
