Pan Roast Lean Pork Chop with Risotto (rm 30 ++)
Lean pork chop roasted oven pan, drench in special sauce and served with vegetable risotto.
The risotto was not mushy enough, kinda undercooked and it should be more creamy and flavourful. The pork chop was quite tough. And you would burn a lot of calories just by chewing the meat haha.
BBQ Sticky Pork Ribs (rm 75++)
Pork ribs slow cooked to perfection and drenched with chef’s special BBQ sauce.
Served with wedges and coleslaw.
. Delicious ribs. YUMMMM. The meat just falls off the bone.
So juicy and tender, drenched in delicious sauce.
Drooling already…
Porky Penne Pasta (rm 24++)
Penne pasta cooked in smoked bacon, honey ham cubes, mushrooms with a selection of pesto or spicy aglio olio. We had the aglio olio. It was a really nice pasta dish, considering everything in the menu was just pork ribs and pork chops.
Poppy Seed Pancakes with Strawberries (rm 19++)
Two poppy seed buttermilk pancakes topped with strawberries, drizzled in maple syrup and three slices of bacon. The pancakes were not really fluffy but it paired up well with the jam.
The bacon however was a bit hard.
