Pan & Tamper was opened in March this year by four friends who parted ways and explored the world for a couple of years before they eventually return to their origin. They returned with some of the best flavours that they have tasted along their journey, including bits of Australia and Europe. Hence, all their dishes are truly distinctive and has its own story.
Garden In A Jar (RM22++)
A gorgeous looking salad don’t you think? Distinctly composed of organic trio quinoa, pomegranate, mango, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, seeds, brussels sprout and leafy greens finished off with a zesty dressing and some edible flowers. It was really delicious and all the ingredients are in harmony when mixed and savored together.
I’m A Fun-Ghi (RM25++)
Beautifully pan fried potato rosti topped with a 63 degree egg on a bed of baby spinach and assortment of wild mushrooms. The potato rosti was flavoursome and delicious. Some of the wild mushrooms were sauteed with olive oil and thyme, while some were deeply fried. Almond flakes were crunchy tastes so good paired with the rosti.
