Two mixologists from Taiwan and Malaysia who definitely will amaze you by their skills. Pic above is the Taiwanese mixologist.
A refreshing tropical drinks made with mixed fruits, wines and gin. Sangria itself is a kind of red wine based punch that is thought to have been created in Spain. Ojust bar has come up with their signature Taiwan Sangria which is a combination of Beefeater Gin, white wine, cherry, hibiscus flower, grapefruit and Ojus tonic syrup. Very different and creative. A perfect and delicious fruit-based wine “punch” with its traditional heritage well rooted in Spain.
Cocktails in the bird mug? Yes. So cute and elegant right?! The presentation of this amazed me upon serving. It was a combination of Belvedere Vodka, strawberry paste and Spicy Apple Infused. A stronger fruity flavor with a hint of spiciness at the end as it comprised pepper in it as well! Really exotic and good and you should try it out!
A beautifully looking cup of cocktails that can never go wrong. Besides of comprising Smirnoff Vodka and ginger syrup in it. the outer layer of glass was coated with cocoa powder and topped with cotton candy. How to savour this seductive drinks? You gotta push the cotton candy down and enjoy your drinks ultimately. It surprisingly turned out pretty amazing and it was one of drinks i love the most.
I prefer the chicken on its own to be honest. That flavour, that crispiness! Yummylicious! Definitely a delicious snack to pair up with their cocktails.
Taiwan Sausage (RM12) (Original / Spicy)
I personally love the spicy sausage more as i feel it was more adventurous. If you don’t like spicy food, you could opt for the original one too as it was decently good and delectable.
Popcorn Chicken (RM19)
A popular snack often found in Taiwan street markets. Flavourful fried chicken marinated with many spices before being deep fried. Crispy, juicy and delicious.
I have faith in Ojus Bar and i believe it will be one of the best bars in KL soon! Definitely coming back again!
