Salmon New Style Sashimi (RM50)
Slightly cooked and slightly uncooked to let you have the best of both worlds. Sauce comprising of ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame seed and sesame oil enhance the taste of this dish. This accompanying sauce was really fantastic. Sashimi was really fresh too.
Creamy Spicy Baby Tiger Shrimp Tempura (RM55)
Lil tiger shrimps on a bed of garden salad, topped with mushrooms. The shrimps were still crispy despite being tossed in the sauce. Chewy and fresh. A great appetizer to go for.
Sea Bass w/ Shiso Salsa (RM75)
Sea bass was cooked to perfection till golden brown with a crisp skin and flaky flesh. Special Shiso Salsa Sauce was tad sour but really appetising. Pairs up perfectly well with the sea bass.
Spicy Scallop & Smelt Egg Sushi Rolls (RM28)
I guess the presentation for a fine dining restaurant was a lil too… casual? Haha oh well, at least the scallops were fresh and succulent with a hint of spiciness.
Lychee Martini (RM45)
Ketel One Vodka and Lychee Juice. A fragrant classic cocktail with delicious taste of lychee. Surprisingly simple and delicious!
Rose Wine (RM45)
A delicate wine with a beautiful hue. Light and fruity flavour. Pairs amazingly good with meals.
