Half slab of sticky bones spare ribs (choose of Hickory BBQ, garlicky BBQ, Smoked peppercorn or spicy lemongrass). I would recommend Hickory BBQ as it is slow cooked with Hickory smoke, grilled and basted with Hickory BBQ sauce.
Prosperity Lou Sang with popcorn pork, 2 crispy beer battered fish fillets, four juicy beer battered prawns, sweet Longanisa sausage, spicy Longanisa sausage, Footlong Farmers bratwurst sausage, CNY seasonal veggies, flat chips, grilled corn on the cob and tartar sauce.

Hearty and juicy baby back ribs smothered with freshly squeezed zesty lime juice, simmered with cola and their special homemade BBQ sauce topped with fruity salsa. The cola successfully packing a punch of unexpected sweetness. Served with crispy corn tortilla chips and coleslaw.
