With its duo venues, Marble 8 brings new depth and elegance to their premium steakhouse and elegant privé. This has allowed Marble 8 to reimagine the dining and drinking experience in Malaysia – infusing exquisite flavours with authentic creations, accented with luxurious charm.
Their contemporary menu is designed and engineered around their signature Marble 8 cuts of finest Wagyu and Angus that is truly inspiring, harmonizing every facet of the meal. This is probably one of the best steak places I’ve been in Kuala Lumpur. The entire experience was just impeccable.
Backdrop of Kuala Lumpur’s most desirable skyline, that of the majestic Twin Towers soaring into the sky.
It is always a complimentary bread basket on a visit to a fine dining restaurant.
Wagyu Ribeye (Marble score 7 & above) RM338 for 300grams
This cut is very tender and extremely flavorsome and has high fat distribution. This is one of the chef’s personal favourite.
Tenderloin on the bone RM390 for 350 grams
This cut is M8’s speciality cut not often seen with the bone attached. Tenderloins are renowned for being lean and succulent.
Pan-seared Norwegian Salmon (RM128)
Served with roasted asparagus, roasted potatoes and hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce was on point and it did go well with the amazingly pan-seared salmon.
Add on some sides to your main course such as crispy onion rings with horseradish dip. baked portobello mushrooms with garlic and chilli salsa and so forth.
