Kampachi Salad (RM45)
If you love your salads green and crisp, then this is your salad! Deep fried salmon skin, white bait, crispy lotus root chips, salmon roe and enoki mushrooms atop a garden of iceberg lettuce. Homemade dressing was utterly unique and flavourful which adds an extra boost. 
Shake Kawa Salad (RM38)
Fresh assorted greens topped with sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes, aplenty of salmon flakes, deep fried salmon skin and ikura that pops in your mouth. The accompanying sauce was very refreshing and elevates the taste of the salad. Who says healthy food can’t taste good!
Kinoko Itame (RM33) 
Pam-fried mushrooms with butter sauce. 
 
Kushi Age (RM51.89)
King of all fried food which is a combination of assorted seasonal vegetables and deep fried cod fish, chicken, minced prawn with mushroom in skewers and served with homemade Japanese style tartar sauce and thick sauce. 
 
 
Soft Kani Maki (RM72 for 8 pieces)
Crunchy deep fried soft shell crab roll accompanied by generous serving of fish roe and cucumber. The sushi roll was lavishly stuffed to merit its high price. Eight pieces of delightfulness on a plate. Sooooo darn scrumptious i swear i could eat this for every single meal. Soft shell crabs lover would absolutely adore this.

Ebi Ten Maki (RM54) 
Prawn Tempura Roll with spicy mayonaise and topped with fresh ebikko! 
 


Reverse California Roll (RM30)
A california roll that is made inside-out, comprising of crabstick, cucumber, and avocado. Beautifully covered with tobiko which pops in your mouth.

Nabeyaki Udon (RM43)
Udon noodles topped with chicken, egg and vegetable in hot broth with a side of deep-fried prawn tempura. The noodles were springy just the was i like it, soup was full of depth and flavour. Goes really well with the crunchy prawn tempura.




Shake-Shioyaki (RM53)
Salmon was grilled to perfection with a slightly crisp skin and flesh that flakes easily. It has a vibrant orange-pink hue and was fully infused with the flavour of salt that was just right. Squeezed on some fresh lemon juice on the hearty fish to further enhance the taste of the dish.

Oyako Don (RM42) 
A classic soul food of Japan that includes onions, chicken and egg which simmered in an umami rich dashi-based sauce. 
 


Una Don & Shake Sashimi (RM80)
Fillet of m kabayaki unagi grilled to perfection. Succulent and juicy on the inside. It was really fresh and has good flavours. Really delish! Comes with thick cuts of melt in your mouth salmon sashimi which was undeniably fresh.
