The minimalist cafe, Kakigōri is a new addition to bingsu cafes managed by the team behind Thirdwave. It is unique as many shaved ice cafes leans toward Korea, but they decided to give it a twist and go for Japanese shaved ice instead. The combinations of flavour here are one of a kind and will not disappoint.
Tiramisu (RM16)
Valrhona chocolate dusting blankets the mountain of ice that is partnered with mascarpone that will make you go crazy for more! Seriously delectable and flavourful.
Uji Matcha (RM17)
Warabi-Mochi, a japanese jelly-like confection made from warabiko or better known as braken starch and covered in kinako which is a sweet toasted soybean flavour. Accompanied by a nutty sauce which further enhance the taste. However, i personally prefer the bingsu as it is.
Watermelon (RM17)
beautifully decorated with rose petals, crushed pistachio, grape, strawberry, watermelon. Love how the pistachio add a nice crunch to the dessert. However, the flavour is tad odd. Almost too fragrant to be eaten.
