Champinones (RM 18++)
Sauteed mixed mushrooms in wine, garlic and cream. Crispy lightly toasted Ciabatta bread perfectly matched with the rich and juicy mushrooms which was cooked to slightly brown in a scrumptious garlicky cream sauce with white wine.
Gambas Al Ajillo
Prawns in garlic and chilli. Prawns were fresh and nicely done. Amazing flavours from the garlic slices and dried chilli.
The Iberico Spare Ribs w/ Mashed Potatoes – Quarter Rack (RM12++ per 100g)
Juicy and succulent pork ribs which was well marinated and cooked to perfection. Three different sauces (original/honey/yuzu) to satisfy your palate. This would definately tickle your tastebuds.
Mashed potatoes has a creamy and smooth texture, but lack in flavour.
