Served with spring onion, black fungus, egg, and pork shoulder. Savoury broth kicked up with black garlic oil. Wondering what is black garlic? The chef will first stir the garlic frequently on a warm pan till the garlic turns black and eventually it will be in a sticky form. Delicious and i want more!
