“Citarasa Kampungku” Ramadan Buffet from Utara Restaurant at Hotel Armada Petaling Jaya is inspired by the homely taste of Malay “kampung” comfort food. A variety of mouth-watering traditional Malay dishes could be found here.
Approximate 100 dishes will be offered in contrast to the themed “Citarasa Kampungku” Ramadan Buffet. This Ramadan Buffet is whipped up by the executive chef, Chew Teik Chye and Sous Chef, Alifah binti Kandar who is also affectionately known as Chef Mommy.
A mixture of local, Japanese and Western cuisine will be featured in the buffet and it surely will satisfy your palate after a long day of fasting.
An appetising assortment of starters from Kerabus, Cincalok, Lemang, Pasembor and Aneka Jeruk will reminisce you about the memories of your kampung favourites as you embark on your gastronomic journey.
For Kerabu fans, this appetising starter includes an assortment of Kerabu such as Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Nenas, Kerabu Kaki Ayam and Kerabu Udang.
Some of the lip-smacking Hotel Armada’s Ramadhan signature classic are Laksa Thai, Sambal Udang Petai, Ayam Berempah, Ikan Pari Masak Asam Pedas, Sup Tulang Rusuk and the all-time favourite Siput Sedut Masak Cili Padi.

This “Citarasa Kampungku” Ramadhan Buffet Dinner will be available from 24th April – 22nd May 2020. Diners who book early between 1st March to 19th April can take advantage of the Early Bird Special Rate of RM75 per adult. Original price is RM90 per adults and RM45 per child (6 to 12 years). They also have Sahur which is RM20 per person.
