We started off well, with a first dish of chawanmushi topped with foie gras, tuna sashimi and mebaru fish (rock fish).

Summer shellfish with uni cream sauce. The homemade sauce was really good and it compliments the shellfish well.

The sashimi platter features cuts of tuna, mebaru fish (rockfish), scallops and ebi.

Juicy Japanese hairy crab!

Engawa Sushi

Flounder (engawa in Japanese) is a delicate fish with sweet and subtle flavour that becomes richer when torched with a touch of flame.

Tuna toro sushi topped with a slice of bluefin tuna.

Pen Shell (Tairagi) is a type of shellfish that has similar look to scallop but its flesh is firmer and it has a crunchy texture.

Pen Shell topped with ikura and drizzled with snow crab sauce.

Miyazaki A5 beef topped with fresh uni. Sweet dreams are made of beef!

Aburii Cholesterol Burger

As its name suggests, sinful fillings such as ikura, tuna belly , uni and truffles tucked in between the light and airy monaka love-shaped shells.

Warm and hearty fish soup that had been boiled for 3 hours with fish and bones.

Refreshing Japanese melon served with a scoop of lime sorbet to conclude this amazing omakase.
