Sri Lankan Seafood Festival @ Berjaya Times Square

Ayubowan! Berjaya Times Square Hotel is delighted to have brought in two distinguished chefs to understand a host a “Sri Lankan Seafood Festival” for the whole month of April 2018. Sri Lankan cuisine has been shaped by many historical, cultural and other factors. India, Indonesia and Dutch cuisines are most evident in shaping the taste and ingredients of their dish.

The most popular and flavourful specialty in Sri Lankan cuisine are the crabs. It is the highlight of their month-long food promotion and you shouldn’t miss it! The broth compliments the fresh crabs really well. This is so satisfying.

Make sure you eat as much crab as you can!
