Steamed charcoal custard bun filled with molten salted egg yolk.


Char Siew Pau It was surprisingly good.
Siew Mai
A mixture of pork and shrimp are always the classic filling for siew mai. The outer skin was done well - soft and moist.
Chinese Chive Dumpling
Delicious little doughy vegetarian chive dumpling. 

Har Gow Crystal-skinned shrimp dumplings. Thin and stretchy.

Glutinous Rice Chicken 
The well loved drooling comfort food. 

Steamed Pork Ribs

Shrimp Rice Roll 
Texture was not really smooth.
