Located at the first floor of Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, the restaurant, headed by Chef
Terrence Foong, promises an assortment of delicious traditional Chinese New Year 9 course set
menus that start from MYR 1888.00 for a table of ten.

Yee Sang with Jelly Fish and Crispy Fish Skin

The set menus offer different choices of Yee Sang selections; Green Apple, Pear & Mango Yee
Sang, Crispy Fish Skin Yee Sang, Sliced Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang, Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang,
Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, and a must try special Yee Sang with Soba Noodle, Grilled Chicken and
Smoked Duck.

Double-boiled shark's fin soup with Crabmeat and assorted seafood.
Flavorful broth with soft yet resilient texture.

Wok-fried prawns "Bei Fong Tong Style"
I adore this dish a lot as it had good flavors. Deep fried and stir-fried with chef's homemade mixture to perfection.

Steamed White Cat Fish with Minced Ginger
Successfully built a deep, warm and slightly spicy flavour. A simple yet healthy dish.

Roasted Crispy Chicken "Pi Pa" Style with prawn crackers
"Chicken symbolizes happiness and prosperity - especially when it is served whole."
It is the proper cooked and delicious roast chicken that leads to a beautifully succulent meal.

Stir-fried fresh and crunchy Hong Kong Kailan topped with enoki mushroom.
Coating is crisp and makes a satisfying shattering sound when you bite into it.

Fried rice with assorted Chinese waxed meat wrapped in lotus leaf.
The leaf imparts a wonderful fresh fragrance to the fried rice. Delicious and done well.

New Year "Nian Gao" Dual Variation
Pan-fried "Nian Gao" and deep fried "Nian Gao". The usual pretty popular snack prepared at the end of Chinese New Year.
Double Boiled White fungus with Longan and Sea coconut
Sea coconut is chewy, white fungus is slightly crunchy so it's a great contrast.
