Rama V Fine Thai Cuisine @ Jalan U Thant

Savadikap! Rama V is definitely one of the best fine Thai Restaurant you could find in KL.

Seats are aplenty but reservations are still advised to be booked.

Sukhothai Platter for two pax (RM38++)
served with god mun pal, popiah god, popiah sod, kai god nha krob and som tam.
The popiah god and sod was really good! Indeed a great appetizer that stimulates my appetite!

Spicy tom yam seafood soup (RM18++)
Seasoned with lime juice & hot pepper. If you prefer the typical Thai kind of tom yam soup, this is the one you should go for.

Spicy tom yam chicken soup with coconut milk (RM16++)
A different kind of tom yam soup which is not that spicy as it has milk in it.

Stir Fried Kai Lan with salted fish. (RM24++)
Vegetables are fresh. Thai style of Kai Lan is the decent vegetable dish that can never go wrong.

Fried Chicken in Pandan Leaves (RM26++)
Here comes the most famous Thai Fried Chicken in panda leaves! Loving the pandan scent contained in the crispy chicken when I take my first bite. Dipping it with the chill sauce makes a perfect combo too!

Deep fried King Fish with Thai herbs and chill lime juice sauce (600g) (RM70++)
The king fish is indeed scrumptious. It's really crispy on the outside and yet the refreshing taste could still be maintained well. The portion is quite big as well. Chili lime juice sauce enhances the fish so well.

Crispy Ruby
Hohoho this is the best part of desserts that you can never miss! Red water chestnut in coconut milk. So scrumptious and delectable! Couldn't get enough of it until I have to order another bowl of it as it's too good!
