Mr Dakgalbi n Uncle Jang @ Solaris Dutamas

Craving for some spicy Korean fried ramen with chicken and other delectables.
Why not satisfy your cravings at these two restaurants in Solaris

Mr Dakgalbi

Mr Dakgalbi offers grilled chicken with the conventional extras like fried rice and ramen.

Spring onions, rice cake, cabbage, potato and chicken in spicy Korean sauce.

Ordered the one with the ramen, So here comes the verdict: The dish was actually not that spicy. Suitable option for those who can't stand spicy food (as compared to Uncle Jang)
Grilled chicken a plenty! Few pieces of potatoes and rice cake. Additional cost for extra ingredients.

Uncle Jang

Fully aircond indoor room which can seat up to 20 tables of 4 pax.
It will get hot once you start savouring your dish so it's better to opt for the tables near the air cond.

The dish came with cabbage, sweet potatoes, rice cake and chicken with Korean sauce. We ordered the 2 pax set for 3 person which cost about rm 51 including tax and extra rice cake (rm 6). Uncle Jang's version was a bit oilier, but that means more fulfilling right? Hehe, I'm craving for this just by writing a post of it. I like the sweet potatoes. Chicken were aplenty too just like Mr Dakgalbi. This was a bit spicier even though it was suppose to be less spicy haha.

To be honest, I like this Korean dish. So satisfying and fulfilling yet wont leave a hole in your pocket. From what I've heard from my friends and the internet, people do prefer Mr Dakgalbi more than Uncle Jang. But I really liked Uncle Jang too. It was more satisfying for me :P Both just as satisfying, really haha. *caution: not for the diet enthusiast.
