Ante Kitchen and Bar is a fusion restaurant specializing in pork dishes.The dishes served at Ante are inspired by both Western and Eastern influences. A unique and tasty experience is expected while dining here.


 Desserts and wines they serve.
The wines pair up well with delicious porky goodness.

Caesar Salad (RM22++)
Fresh romaine lettuce with house-made Caesar dressing, topped with sliced hard-boiled eggs, croutons, parmesan cheese and crispy pork bacon mince. The salad was scrumptious! Indeed a good starter!
 Their signature sweet belly (RM27). 
Signature roast pork belly, lined up in a drizzle of house made caramel sauce.
It's quite expensive just for that God sake 8 pieces of sweet belly but it was so so so scrumptious.
Another personal recommendation. 

Pork Diane (RM38++)
A rendition of a classic French Dish. Loin of pork, pan-seared in a wine and mushroom roux, served on a bed of green pea mash with roasted potatoes. Another dish which is so delectable. Loving the sauce. A scrumptious dish indeed which shouldn't be missed as well. 

The Char-Grilled Pork Steak (RM46++)
Ante's signature dish. steak made up of parts of the belly, ribs and loin with a higher percentage of dark meat content, resulting in more tenderness and flavour. Char-grilled for the smoky flavour and paired with Classic Horseradish Cream Sauce, roasted potatoes and rockets which complement its unique flavour. It was a bit hard, probably need to exercise your jaw muscles more. But it was well cooked. It would be perfect to pair this dish with a glass of wine.

Sea Bass with Mussels (RM39++)
Pan-seared fresh fillet of sea bass, served with mussels topped with garlic cream sauce. 
It was very fresh and well cooked. The delicious sauce was perfect for this fresh fish. 


The above one is Volcano Sacrifice (RM30++)
Grilled tender pork loin slices, garnished with rockets and half dried tomatoes, to be enjoyed with Ante's special piquant sauce served on a "volcano" on mash. The mash potatoes with the sauce was quite unique and scrumptious. On the left we have the Fried Button Mushroom (rm 15++)  Juicy and crispy, yet another delectable snacks. The right top one is Caipirinha Passion Fruits Cocktail (rm 21++) A nice cocktail is needed when you're having too much meat.

Bread & Butter Pudding (RM16++) 
Ante's signature desserts, Bread & Butter Pudding. Freshly baked bread and butter pudding topped with vanilla ice cream. When cold ice cream is in contact with the warm fluffy bread pudding, it just melts in your mouth heavenly.

Should definitely pay a visit for porky dishes!
